We sourced an empty warehouse building on Loughborough’s canal bank for a key client of ours with a strong track record in creating signature and highly stylised developments.
This proved to be no exception. The ground floor was repurposed into a large open plan co work space with an inhouse patisserie, while the upper floor was converted into nine luxury student apartments.
We supported the client through every step of the purchase process, and also helped him acquire a nearby piece of land for use as a car park. The project has netted our client a 25% return on his initial investment.
